Hi! I’m Jen Mitchell

I am a guide for those ready to step out of survival mode and reconnect with themselves. I hold a space where you can show up fully - vulnerable, brave, and authentic. To be seen as you are today while also supporting the person you are becoming. My approach blends coaching, energy practices, and reflective tools to help you restore capacity and regulate your nervous system. Together, we explore what matters most to you so you can curate a life that is intentional, restorative, and aligned with your soul.

This work is rooted in both lived experience and professional practice. While navigating a career in high-pressure environments, I found myself burnt out and grappling with conditions caused by chronic stress. I had pushed through exhaustion to achieve in every area of my life. But, forgot to take care of myself. I spent months going from doctor to doctor, trying to understand why I was so tired. When they didn’t have answers, I started making changes on my own. Researching symptoms, training in ancestral healing practices, and finding the right medical and spiritual support to recover from burnout. After these same patterns emerged in my clients, my work evolved to support the whole person. To bring together practical guidance and deeper restoration in one place.
